Graphic design comprises two basic factors; text and image. To create beautiful illustrations, you need a combination of both these factors. Here’s how you can utilise the text wrap tool in Adobe InDesign and create wonderful graphics.
Step 1:
Click and drag a text frame and select the area in which you want your text and text wrapped.
Step 2:
Input your desired text.
Step 3:
Click on ‘Window’ on the top panel and select ‘Text Wrap’ in the drop-down menu.
Step 4:
A‘Text Wrap’ panel will appear.
Step 5:
Create a shape of your choice to frame the image of your text wrap.
Step 6:
By default, it will be ‘No text wrap’. Select the text wrapping shape of your choice and control the space between the image and your text.
Step 7 :
Press the shortcut Ctrl + D and select the image of your choice to be wrapped in the frame you selected.
