How to use Frame tool and guide layout for a flyer in adobe photoshop

Do you need a new flyer for your company? You may now learn how to create your own professional flyers using Adobe Photoshop.

In today’s lesson, we will look at how to create a beautiful monochromatic colour scheme inspired by instructional flyers. Learn how to utilise basic shape tools, premium assets, and other tools to create an extremely simple design.

Step 1

Let us begin by configuring the flyer with the appropriate document information and recommendations.

Step 2

Set the Orientation to Vertical and the Position to 0.125 inches by going to View > New Guide. Set up the second guide next. Navigate to View > New Guide. Set the Horizontal Orientation to 0.125 inches and the Position to 0.125 inches.

Step 3

First, use the Rectangle Tool to make this backdrop (U). Then, in the Layers menu, choose the Background Group.

Step 4

Copy and paste the backdrop smart object into a New Layer above the black shape layer by double-clicking it.

Step 5

Feel free to include other pictures inside this smart object for further variation.
