In this tutorial, we’re going to speak about blending mode and make backgrounds and combining images. Layer blend modes influence how colours and tones on one layer interact with those on the layer underneath them. Blend modes may be used to blend layered pictures together to produce an intriguing composite. Let’s begin our tutorial.
Step 1:
Open a new document and select the dimensions of your choice.
Step 2:
Add images in respective layers.
Step 3:
Select a photo-containing layer in the Layers panel.
Step 4:
At the top of the Layers panel, choose the blend mode option.
Step 5:
Hover over different blend options in the menu to see how they influence the composite picture.
Step 6:
Click a blend mode to apply it to the chosen layer, which will blend it with the layer below.
Step 7:
To change the effect, move the Opacity slider at the top of the Layers panel.
