Photoshop files modify pictures by dividing them into distinct sections called layers. Each Photoshop layer may accept its own blending settings, and you can modify the file by dragging and transforming the layers separately. Additionally, these layers may overlap, minimising the amount of white space in the picture. For instance, if a picture includes your company’s tagline with its logo, you may divide the two components such that the phrase appears at the image’s base.
Step 1
In the Photoshop toolbar, right-click the lasso icon and then select “Polygonal lasso tool.”
Step 2
Select each corner of the item you wish to split with a single click and then double-click to select the highlighted region.
Step 3
To create a new cascading menu, click “Layers” in the menu bar and then “New”
Step 4
Click “Layer” to create a new component from the chosen portion of the picture.
Step 5
Repeat this procedure for any other parts you want to separate.
