Adobe Photoshop is a powerful and sophisticated piece of software that can be used to improve photos, produce digital and three-dimensional artwork, build websites and mobile applications, and edit movies, among other things. The sheer magnitude of what Photoshop is capable of is often intimidating to novice users, but fear not!
Step 1:
Create a new document in Photoshop by opening it.
Step 2
Select your new document and go to ‘Photoshop > Preferences > Guides, Grids, and Slices’.
After selecting ‘OK,’ go to ‘View > Show > Grid’ to make your newly created grid visible.
Step 3
After that, drag and drop your chosen picture into your freshly created workspace. Simply drag & drop a picture into the workspace, then resize it to fit the available space.
Step 4
Now that the background is complete, it is time to add some text. Select the ‘Text Toold and click on the area of your workspace where you want the text to appear.
Step 5
Shapes may also be enhanced using layer effects. I have applied the same effect to a downloaded icon that I have put on my workspace.
Step 6
To save our freshly generated advertisement, go to ‘File > Store As’ and then to ‘Format’ to choose the format in which you want to save it.
