Step 1:
To begin, open your picture in Photoshop.
Step 2:
The picture shows on the Background layer in the Layers panel.
Step 3:
From the toolbar, choose the Elliptical Marquee Tool. The Elliptical Marquee Tool is by default hidden beneath the Rectangular Marquee Tool. Therefore, you must right-click (Windows) / Control-click (Mac) the Rectangular Marquee Tool and then choose the Elliptical Marquee Tool from the menu.
Step 4:
Outline a circle selection in a circular fashion.
Step 5:
To move the selection outline around your topic, click and drag within the outline.
Step 6:
Invert the selection. Select > Inverse.
Step 7:
Delete the picture that is not included inside the circle.
Step 8:
Remove any translucent parts.
Remember to save your image as .png to make sure it remains a circle.
