In this tutorial, I will teach you how to use the stroke effect in Adobe Photoshop.
Step 1:
First bring image to a full fire, then do CTRL T or Command T on Macintosh,
Step 2:
Open new layer and create stroke and create selection on new layer then right click and stroke.
Step 3:
Click on Alt D or Command D on Macintosh to cancel the selection.
Step 4:
Now go to each layer and rotate little and then confirm with enter.
